A brief review of the book: Rituals Roadmap by Erica Keswin

The fundamental tenets for any team to be successful are rooted in workplace beliefs (eg.., psychological safety, & trust, etc.) and behaviors such as collaboration and learning, among others. It is not uncommon for a company's culture book or code to describe many of these attributes. When there is a gap, or you as a leader see that your team has to shift culturally to meet the organization's goals - you design a ritual. 

Erica Keswin's book Rituals Roadmap gives a 3P framework for how rituals can empower your team to uplift employee engagement and keep everyone inspired and productive. The 3Ps' are:

P = Purpose

P = Psychological safety 

P = Performance = Purpose + Psychological safety 

The increase in performance is a direct indicator of ROI on the rituals.
